Miami Global Radio VJ ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Apple TV.

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience. This includes:

• App opens and session duration
• Feature usage (visual modes, favorites, settings changes)
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash reports

This data is anonymous and cannot be used to personally identify you.

Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you updates about the station. We store a device token for this purpose. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.

Microphone Access (DJ Mode)

The DJ Mode feature requires microphone access to visualize live audio. Microphone audio is processed entirely on your device in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

Photos & Media Access (Custom Logo)

If you choose to upload a custom logo, the selected image is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not record or store microphone audio
• We do not share any data with third parties for advertising purposes
• We do not track you across other apps or websites

In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional in-app purchase (DJ Mode). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

The app uses the following third-party services:

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default retention policies. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
